Repair & maintain

Engineering support around the equipment you actually operate.

Truck Cranes brings repair, servicing, diagnostics, hydraulics, welding and remedial work into one equipment-led journey.

Engineering capability

Repair the fault. Maintain the asset. Close the action.

The service starts with the operating need—not a compliance label.

01

Repairs & diagnostics

Start with the symptom, the asset and the operating context. Truck Cranes can investigate mechanical, hydraulic and ancillary-equipment faults, agree a bounded repair route and identify related remedial work.

  • Fault finding around the reported issue
  • Mechanical and hydraulic investigation
  • Reactive repair and condition-led remedials

Relevant journeys

02

Planned servicing

Planned attention helps keep specialist equipment serviceable and makes emerging work visible before it becomes an avoidable interruption. Scope is agreed for the exact asset and its duty.

  • Asset-specific service requirements
  • Preventative maintenance and condition checks
  • Planned attendance around operations
03

Mobile engineering

Truck Cranes operates from its Rugeley base and supports equipment at customer locations where the asset, access and working conditions make mobile attendance appropriate.

  • Agree the asset and location first
  • Confirm safe working space and access
  • Coordinate work around the customer operation
04

Hydraulics

Hydraulic faults can affect lifting, access, loading and ancillary systems. Support covers evidenced systems, cylinders and rams, with hoses or components considered as part of the exact repair requirement.

  • Leaks, loss of movement and system faults
  • Cylinders, rams and associated components
  • Repair or replacement route agreed from inspection
05

Welding & fabrication

Equipment-related structural repair, reinforcement and fabrication are considered from the actual component, condition and safe repair scope—not offered as an unbounded general claim.

  • Structural and equipment-related repair
  • Reinforcement or remedial fabrication
  • Work coordinated with mechanical needs
06

Compliance remedials

When an inspection identifies a defect, the useful outcome is a controlled route from finding to action. Truck Cranes can connect the inspection record, agreed engineering work and closure evidence where applicable.

  • Finding and priority made clear
  • Repair or remedial scope agreed
  • Re-inspection or closure recorded where required

Mobile operating model

A fixed specialist base with engineering that can move to the equipment.

Truck Cranes works from Rugeley and supports customers beyond the workshop through planned mobile attendance. This can reduce unnecessary movements through general garages and keep specialist engineering closer to the operating asset.

Buyer questions

Planning repair, service and mobile support

Straight answers to the questions that usually shape the next step.

Do you work on site?

Yes, mobile engineering is part of the operating model where the equipment, location, access and working conditions are suitable. The team will confirm the practical scope before attendance.

Can repair and inspection be coordinated?

Truck Cranes provides engineering and compliance capability, but the exact sequence and independence requirements are determined for the equipment and inspection route.

Do you provide planned servicing?

Yes. Planned servicing is agreed around the asset, its use and the work required rather than a universal schedule.

What should I provide when requesting support?

Equipment type, make or model where known, location, the fault or service need, relevant inspection findings and useful photographs help the team understand the requirement.

Do you supply parts?

The separate E-Spares shop supports the parts journey. Availability for a particular part should be checked in the shop or with Truck Cranes.
