Website enquiries

The Contact page uses a HubSpot form owned by Pura. If you submit it, the details you enter—including your name, company, email, optional mobile number, enquiry type and message—are sent to the Pura HubSpot CRM so the Truck Cranes team can respond and manage the resulting business relationship. HubSpot processes the form and submission on Pura’s behalf.

If you call or email instead, we use the information you provide for the same enquiry and relationship-management purposes.

Technical information

The hosting provider and HubSpot may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser or device information and timestamps, where needed to deliver, secure and protect the website and form. The site does not install the HubSpot website tracking code and does not include advertising pixels, fingerprinting, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only where needed to provide the service, operate the website and enquiry system, meet legal obligations or protect legitimate interests. HubSpot is the enquiry technology and CRM provider. We retain information only for as long as it is needed for those purposes.
